About Paul:
I am a Certified Instructor and Owner of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Monroe, NC a Level 1 Certified Training Center with Gracie University. With over 25 years of martial arts experience, I have seen how Gracie Jiu-Jitsu does an exceptional job at preparing the average person to be able to defend themselves if necessary. We have dedicated our school to providing a safe, cooperative learning environment where anyone, no matter your age or experience, can enjoy learning Jiu-Jitsu.
My wife Heather and I have been married for over 30 years and I also serve as a Pastor here in Monroe. We believe Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is a wonderful way for adults and children to get healthy, build confidence, and learn self-defense. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!
